Originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gradi Luse Cituka (also known as Benjamin) passed away on August 19, 2026, at the age of 28, leaving behind immense sorrow and a profound void in the hearts of all who loved him.
He leaves to mourn his passing his father, Emery Cituka Beya, and his mother, Véronique Miabo Kandolo, as well as his six siblings, of whom he was the youngest. He will also be deeply missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, his many cousins, and the numerous friends and loved ones who had the privilege of sharing a part of his life.
He also leaves behind his beloved partner and his cherished stepson of the heart, with whom he had built precious bonds and who will forever hold a special place for him in their hearts.
Gradi was a deeply kind, generous, and devoted man. He was known for his great joy of life, his sense of humour, his passion, his compassion, and the beautiful values he carried within him. He had a special way of creating connections, bringing smiles to those around him, and leaving a lasting impression on the lives he touched.
Beyond words, Gradi was a man of heart—genuine, warm, and endearing, whose presence brought comfort and happiness to those around him. Those who knew him will remember his smile, his laughter, his unique personality, and all the love he so freely gave.
His passing leaves an immense void, but his memory, his love, and everything he brought into the lives of those who loved him will remain forever engraved in their hearts.
A celebration of Gradi's life will be held in the chapel of The Bay Funeral Home on Saturday, September 5th; beginning with a visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a ceremony at 2:00.
Rest in peace, Gradi. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
